    This was a terrible experience! The DVR/VCR arrived late, was not packed very well, and it was advertised as in EXCELLENT condition but was, in fact, broken before it was shipped and had a VHS tape jammed in the tape deck. The seller never responded to my inquiries for several days and I finally had to invoke the Ebay guarantee to get my money back. I will never buy from this seller again!
