  This thing was spray painted did not look anything like the photo on the listing condition was suspect and ultimately not quality I was looking for it didn’t look like it should it was spray painted bright, silver, and too pricey for what it was. I have no idea if it was remanufactured or not

  In my opinion these are used turbos, cleaned up and painted, wheels and all. The one I got had more play in the shaft than the one I was replacing. It takes a lot longer to get a refund than it does to pay, but it’s in the process. If you’re looking for a Holset core, these are probably ok. I was wanting to get my truck back on the road, so it wasn’t ok. Refurbished is not remanufactured, or rebuilt.
