    The listing described the bag as “new, never used,” but that was not the case at all. When it arrived, it had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke, something that was not mentioned in the description and that would be extremely difficult to remove. On top of that, the bag showed noticeable signs of wear, including scuffs and small red marks at the bottom of the bag that were not visible in the photos or disclosed in the listing. It was clearly used, contrary to what was advertised.

    Not true The purse had no marks on it and it did not smell like smoke
