    The platter arrived completely shattered, likely due in part to very poor/thin packaging by the seller. Extremely disappointed with the condition it came in and the lack of care in shipping.

    I'm saddened the platter arrived damaged. As you can see in your pitures there actually was thick cushioning which completely wrapped the platter. The thin styrofoam was added at the top of the box were you would open the box. I'm also disturbed by how the platter was presented as damaged. This could not have been how it was received because it doesn't show the entire platter. When packaging was completed, the item was unable to move inside and was completely cushioned all around.
