    Not happy at all with this transaction. Handtec sent me an item with an incomplete repair – the phone had a serious display fault that made it often impossible to use. I returned the item, explaining this. The seller – instead of acknowledging the fault and refunding me – decided to put pressure on me to close the eBay case I had opened, and accused me of making a “fraudulent return” due to signs of use on the item. In the end, eBay decided in my favour and granted me a full refund.

    SIMPLY DONT BUY, avoid this Del Boy. Phone has screen burn, not unusable but also NOT IN DESCRIPTION. Seller refused any and all responsibility. Can't be arsed to fight for refund etc as son already using it. Cheap recon sh*te.
