Good evening. First of all thank you for the business and continues support. There have been some delays to orders as of recent and I wanted to provide an operational update to all whom have purchased.
1/This is a one person operation as of recent. I have had some catastrophic to productivity health issues that I am just almost fully recovering from. Also, my shipper bailed and I am personally taking care of each and every order with immaculate detail as there have been Q5C issues with the resource anyway.
2/Mostly all orders are running a few days late and due to the delay, each and every order will include an extra gift item.

Purchased and paid for these books on 5/23, it is now 6/12 and never received anything nor communication from seller. I just had a chance to read all his neutral and negative feedback and this is his usual MO. I wish I checked it prior to purchase and saved myself the headache. Buyer beware.

First of all, I gave you a full refund due to an inventory issue and offered a gift as an I'm sorry. I am one man that has been selling for just 1 year with 800+ positive feedback(1 year), single dad to 2 kids, IT manager full time job. It customers like you(double etiquette shame being a seller)are the core reason why mom/pop stores don't exists & push me to stop eBay. You've handed heart on a platter via feedback for $1.25 item but didn't have the respect to reach out once regarding your item
