    Did not receive the item. It said it was delivered but it was not delivered to my residence. I opened a case with USPS to investigate. They told me it was lost and could not be found. They said that it was insured and to ask the seller to resend and file an insurance claim so they could get reimbursed. The seller refused to do anything to help me out.
