    Item came with missing funnel piece in box, contacted seller, and they advised it was there, then to just warranty it with yeti. Thankfully yeti has a good warranty, unfortunately was unable to use item due to still in between returning and receiving new from yeti. The box was sealed and I do not think the seller was being dishonest. Just unfortunate about customer service from this seller, could have offered a solution or some kind of help.
