    Although I contacted the seller ahead of time ad asked if there were cracks in the ceramic items and was told there weren't any, it did arrive with cracks and crazing all through it. I'm leaving neutral rating instead of negative, because the seller quickly refunded my money.

    While we are unclear what transpired from the time the item was shipped until it was received to blame it on HEDU would be quite misleading. The product we shipped blemish free as the pictures in the posting show. We stand behind our items as can be evidenced clearly from our reviews. Though the item was shipped with a no return policy we still refunded the money. Not sure exactly what else we could have done..
