  Tire is less than 6 months old almost brand new, according to date on tire, yess tyhe tire has amanufavcturing date and clealry show it si no trdry rotted, if it were dry rotted then you wouyld be able to peal the tread off with your fingerss, if this buyer kne w what he was doing, he would know the differenc e ebtwqeen streeess cracks and actual dry rot
