    Seller is a total Liar. I checked all their products and under "warranty" section it says 60 days from ebay, it is a lie. USB headers did not work on motherboard. Seller admitted this was "China only motherboard" then started backtracking. Will not recommend and reporting their account for straight lies under warranty section.

    Our warranty period is 30 days, not 60 days. The Z490-A PRO has 2 front USB 3.0 interfaces and 2 front USB 2.0 interfaces. We have tested them separately and both can work. However, since you did not understand our meaning, we do not know if your front USB 2.0 and 3.0 connection cables have been modified. Usually, the chassis is equipped with a USB 2.0 or 3.0 connection cable.

    The shipping took a while but the seller was clear about that and so that was no problem. The motherboard was in a lot of packaging and was secure. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the motherboard and they even updated the BIOS for me. Should I buy another item from this seller, I would have no hesitation in buying such an item.
