This has been the worst eBay experience. Seller sent the wrong item and all I received was I’m sorry send it back. No resolution to switch out item or have it picked up just said it was my responsibility to get the wrong item back to them for a refund. Oh and they offered 6.50 off for me to keep the item. Customer service is key to running a good shop and if a mistake is made you should try to do what is right for customer.

I think they could have shipped 24 hours earlier but all in all for what I paid is acceptable but It ought have been here 1 day sooner.
