    The zipper was broken. I tried to contact the seller without any response. It would be much better if sellers checked the items before listing them to sell avoiding wasting time and money.

    Sorry the zipper was defective. We issued a full refund and didn’t require a return. We do inspect all items including zippers but with open-box/returned goods, occasional defects can slip through. If there’s anything else we can do to make this right, please let us know.
