Abrupt and rude once advised I wished to return the item (which Im within my rights to do). Wouldnt even speak to me to discuss situation, and quite petulant behaviour from a grown up!! The business apparently accepts returns-but beware you’ll face some wrath if you end up wanting to return!! PLEASE SEE PHOTO BELOW. BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!! As soon as I advised I wished to return the paintings, she was abrupt and rude. If you dont like to get returns, then please state “no returns.” Dont state you are happy to accept returns and then sulk about it when someone wants to return (whatever the reason!). I returned them within the stated period and in perfect condition. She even refused to speak to me over the phone (as I thought it best to discuss by phone rather than messaging!) A bit petulant!! PLEASE SEE PHOTO BELOW
