My item sat the Hub ready for shipping for 18 days!!!! I was watching the tracking and it was received, then sat there, and sat there and sat there, THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. As far as I am concerned, sellers have to complain about the system or they will loose business . That is absolutely ridiculous. Otherwise the impact is GREAT!!!!
