    The item was dropped at end of driveway ended up in the road run over by a car, picked up by a person in the next town over who called me. I picked it up took a photo before putting in car, then took a photo before opening and after. Slight damage to one side of rug making it non reversible. Unfortunately they also sent the wrong color it's the multicolor version not blue ordered. Pretty much a disaster and the seller is saying I need to return etc. please help!
