    This item looked perfect and came in great packaging. It worked as expected for about 30 minutes and then the touch screen stopped working. I had to restart the device in order to get the touch to work again. While watching youtube videos, the screen enlarges and fast forwards without touching the screen or keyboard. I has a mind of its own and selects things on the screen without the user doing anything. Said it was new in an open box but it was clearly was a broken refurbished item.
