Reached out to buyer, they have a 96 C1500 pickup which Metra lists as compatible. The buyer stated that the kit does not allow the dash panel to snap into place correctly. Needs to be flat, the bezel won't clear the pocket of the kit. Unable to confirm or help, tried to request some pictures but did not receive any. Buyer said they had already ordered another kit. Once again our apologies for this situation.

Wire harness and antenna adapter worked but the stereo bezzle/housing did not. Listing description states to contact seller to confirm fit. But i thought that's what I did when inputting vehicle data into vehicle fit confirmation section. When your vehicle comes with a factory radio, it is different and requires a different kit. As we tried to explain to you! Unfortunately, we can't force YOU to read the notes & the description. We mentioned this many, many times. We try to avoid situations like this by including the information. Even offered you the ability to return! Even when we don't accept returns. Sometimes you can't make everyone happy.
