    Was not aware that I was purchasing a washer with a big scratch and dent in the front. Someone had circled it with a red pencil. Re-read the listing, did not see any mention of it being a scratch and dent unit. Was not shipping damage.

    Sir, it was an open box/scratch and dent appliance. That is what "open box" literally implies. The majority of the time there is never damage on the front, but sometimes there is. Does that affect the operational integrity of the machine? Absolutely not. I guarantee it'll work great for years to come. I believe it was even sold under retail pricing so you saved money for a minor cosmetic blemish. Please consider updating your negative feedback.

    The dishwasher they sent us didn't work and they insisted I use the warranty and GE say the machine is 6 years old. They will come back in 10 daysif the machine is under warranty.

    Suki, you got a bad tech. It literally takes 20 mins to figure out if the unit is under warranty(which it is) I have no idea why he would tell you he'll be back in 10 days. Did you get a tech from GE or was it a third party person you called yourself? Did you register the appliance to see that it was under warranty like I instructed?
