I’m honestly surprised it even received any positive reviews. The “rendered” ad image makes it appear metal, but the only metal part is the carabiner. I tried contacting the seller about a partial refund, but they just responded with the same message. I’m 4 hours from the nearest post office, and this item isn’t worth the gas to return this.
