Sorry don't know what went wrong with this order. We do not have very many returns, But we sent the return label right away upon notification. What did not help is that you sat on the return label for 2 weeks before using it.. Which is the Buyer fault not ours. And then you give us neg. feedback for sitting on the return for 2 weeks. We did approve a full refund with Ebay. Which Ebay said they did send you,
