    Seller sent my package to a different buyer, a lady in California. Shipping took an extra long time, because it had to be returned to the seller, then shipped to me. The porcelain fairy was insufficiently padded, loosely stuck in a box with crumpled paper and one sheet of bubble wrap. Her head, hands, and legs were loose, so it's no surprise that one leg was busted. It was my 7-year-old niece's birthday present. She cried when she opened it. The leg isn't repairable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

    Although I inadvertily switched the label, which the buyer kept the other item, his delivery was delayed by 8 days. The buyer reached out to me 3 weeks after receiving the doll, it appeared the doll had been dropped, because there was no damage to the box, I refunded the buyer in full.
