  I now see that my case for the non-delivery of the DC couplers has been placed on hold! What exactly does this mean? You've failed to deliver the items [July 7], it's now July 31 st and I have asked for my money to be refunded several times! I don't think, I should have to wait this long to have my money refunded- especially as the items supposedly mailed to me were insured for up to $100. This is ridiculous: you are holding up my project and that is totally UNFAIR!!!!.........
