I recently purchased your singer pro finish serger but I find that it doesn’t work. I used the hand wheel and electric foot pedal but I can’t make any parts move. It seems to be frozen or seized up. I am not experienced in repairing the machine. I think it is a beautiful machine and love it but it is useless to me if it doesn’t work. It makes a low humming sound and that is all. I will return for refund so I can purchase a working machine thank you
