    In my mind when elastic’s in a pair of pants is so worn out that the waist is an inch and a half oversize. It is my opinion that these pants are not excellent. I was gonna give a neutral rating until I see the excellent rating. without the privilege of trying on sellers need to be better in their descriptions and conditions of the clothing.
