$3000 item. Paid for overnight shipping, UPS lost package. Seller tried to gaslight me saying “It’s still en route, it’s just been accidentally put on a ground truck, don’t contact UPS we will do it for you”. After contacting UPS and talking to 15 different people they eventually found it accidentally lost in their international package holding section (shipping was from GA to WV) Seller promised to refund the shipping charge, but once the item was delivered they blocked me instead!

We have a zero-tolerance policy for buyers who engage in unauthorized and fraudulent activity regarding UPS shipments. Buyers are not permitted to interfere with UPS deliveries whether by circumventing UPS security controls, impersonating the shipper to override intercepts, and/or redirecting packages through unauthorized address changes. Buyers who engage in these behaviors are ineligible for the UPS Service Guarantee and not permitted to make additional purchases in the future.
