Seller send a complete sun bleached Hot Toys Jyn Erso figure for over 650 Dollars to Germany. Offered it as Brandnew and never opened. I can’t find any words for this. After asking for a change to another figure there comes nothing till now. Never never again!

Item was purchased brand new from Hot Toys official distributor in Japan. Proof of purchase offered to the customer. Color fading on the material is common occurance across many Hot Toy products due to long term storage. Customer complaint was received 1 month after delivery of the item. Return would have been accepted if customer had opened, inspected, and not displayed the item for 1 month after the delivery. Item will no longer be returned in the same condition as sent.
