    l bought a battery for my Dell laptop. I installed it in the PC, but after charging it for 3 hours, it didn't last 15 minutes. Then I turned it on. After 12 hours of charging, it gave me an error message saying that the battery's useful life was about to end. I sent a message to the seller and they only asked me for the serial number of the battery.
