  Item arrived damaged and in very flimsy packaging. The cup looks exactly as it was listed but it was shattered. I think some better packaging would help prevent these shipping issues. It was wrapped in a Walmart bag in a shipping bag

  I had taken money off for this customer to buy it, so I was not able to box it or I would of taken a loss on the item. I do not own USPS they broke the bottle not me. I did give a full refund the moment they asked for one. I always try and make all my customers happy but some people are just miserable.
