  Anthony Aponte aka "tattoo_ant" uses ebay to commit fraud and claim he doesn't receive the packages when they are pictured as delivered. eBay ruled in my favor due to the continued fraudulent acts from this buyer. Look at his feedback left for others, and it becomes obvious. Block this scammer before it's too late.
