After buying 12 laptops over a few months with no issues, the buyer demanded his 12th be shipped before the posted ship date, even though our store was clearly marked closed Fri–Sun. When told no, he insulted us, calling us "hippies." We canceled the order due to unprofessional behavior. He then left false negative feedback on a past order out of spite.
