    Horrible seller. Obviously a con artist scumbag. He has had ample time to make it right. The unit was marketed as a like new open box item. The item arrived loose in a box with no packing material whatsoever. It is very beat up, but it appears that the unit was beat up before shipping. These units are delicate and BluRay disks are very expensive now. I will not put one in this unit to test it out, as it could very well be damaged in the process. I expect this to be resolved immediately.
