    Even though it is apparent that says the Postal Service lost this package somewhere in its tracking the seller does deserve a five-star rating for the transaction/experience as he was very quick to respond to all of my questions concerning the delay and receiving this package and the follow-up was exceptional. I can say that the product was shipped very quickly and showed to have been scanned by the postal service but it never has arrived so the refund was within 72 hours of notification. Bravo
