  This listing was advertised as "new in box" but was not "new" quality. The box had been opened and revealed with packing tape, which wouldn't be an issue if the item was still in new condition, but it wasn't. While the adhesive strips were intact, all of the tabs were bent/ creased from being previously assembled. Additionally, two cardboard pieces were included that did not go to this kit. But most disappointing of all, this house is supposed to come with an octagon shaped scratching piece for
