I requested a 18 inch chain in 21k gold instead of the 18k gold chain, and I happily paid extra, but when it arrived the chain was only 15.25 inches. I was told to take it to my jeweler and they would pay to have it lengthened. It did cost more than anticipated, but they refunded me $76.00 and that did help pay for some of the $200.00 cost.
