  Took a few days to ship but once it did, it came in FAST! Seller responded to my question within 24 hours. Safely packaged in bubble wrap/box/fedex wrapping.   This seller is a scammer who refuses to ship orders when paid for, and refuses to respond to communication. This wasn't an auction, this was a "buy it now" item with the price of the seller's making. Now that more listings are available at higher prices he's refusing to ship the purchase to scalp the price higher. Don't buy from this seller. Ebay should terminate their account.
