    The bath vent fan motors purchased were exactly what I needed to get the exhaust fan running again. It was much easier (and less expensive) to replace the motor than to replace the entire fan unit! I have 8 bathrooms in my rental townhouses that have the same fan unit, so I purchased some extra motors to have on hand.
