I am really sorry but please look at the listing - I build these myself from OEM refurbished circuit boards- the shell is NEW and the circuit board is Factory refurbished OEM - it tell you in the description - it is marked REFURBISHED and describes it "ONE (1) REFURBISHED OEM CIRCUIT BOARD w/ battery/ TESTED working 100% in new shell OEM RKE"
