After not receiving the slippers I ordered I was excepted to accept the ones that happened to be on the shelf. Not the right size and definitely not the right design. It was a Great pain trying to get the issue resolved. After weeks of them not communicating with me I had to report them to eBay for a resolution. They aren’t happy about it but I finally got a refund.
