    Responded to all questions. Despite a replacement item sent out, customer still demanding refund for faulty parts. Customer refused to answer my questions. As of yet customer has not sent items back for a refund. As a result of this I feel I am being blackmailed with negative feedback in order to receive a refund without getting the items back.
