The communication from the seller was nonexistent. After a week and a half of no updates I had to reach out to them to even find out if the item was shipped. When it did finally arrive the item was much smaller than expected. Buyer beware. Buy about two or three sizes large and don’t expect any communication from the seller. Also the item is manufactured and shipped from Pakistan so expect the appropriate delays from that also.

This flute is badly made, not properly finished, still rough inside, no proper sound, very bad transport case. This is a rip off and the selling advert is misleading. This item says shipped from Italy but comes from Pakistan, therefore subject to customs taxes plus DHL taxes, who is in charge of shipping and also will try to overcharge you. I would like my money back!!!
