  This was a beautiful Fitz & Floyd Renaissance teapot at a great price. The seller very carefully wrapped and packaged the piece to prevent damage in transit. But unfortunately, it was broken in transit. Evidently USPS decided to toss the package around. The seller made everything right for me and immediately issued me a refund. The damage was not due to any error on the seller’s part. A+ seller!
