    The listing says "Used." It appears BRAND NEW to me. I'm EXTREMELY happy with this unit. Have owned two of this Model XTR-195 and in my opinion the best you can buy. And very important is that it has the strongest and most durable windshield mounting system of any radar detector ever made. It can run on regular AA batteries or rechargeable ones...so you don't need to have dumb power cord hanging down that must be plugged into cigarette lighter.
