    I’m pleased with this purchase. I didn’t want to pay full price on something that I may use only once. The shipping box had a few large holes but fortunately the Rover was undamaged. Instructions to assemble were excellent. It took this 67yo male approximately one hour working by myself to assemble. Other than the need to have one, everything else about the experience in purchasing, assembly, and use of the pre-owned Rover has been excellent.

    This scooter is well built and it even looks good. The larger front wheels absorb a lot of the shocks and make steering easy. For longer trips, I put an extra cushion between my knee and the scooter seat. Nothing wrong with the scooter seat - I just happened to have a piece of foam, so I tried it, and liked it. Shipping was fast and the item is as described in the ad.

    Buying this vs. renting (Nova) would've been much more cost effective. Surprisingly high quality for the price. Sharpest turns cause some front axle friction, but easy to back off. Basket's very convenient. Not tippy, responsive brakes. Like the rental, it's a bumpy ride over flooring transitions & you push harder on carpet. I'm 5'6+, 125#, recovering from 2 Achilles repairs, only use this indoors. Highly recommend.
