Seller was extremely fast in responding, sent return label, and issued a complete refund upon receipt. Great communication, an honest, responsive seller - not as common on ebay as it once was. I find the condition to be assorted. Several are Brand new/gift quality, while one or two definitely show more wear. Value for money is excellent: I got seven audiobooks for the cost of one at full price. Thanks for a quick, pleasant transaction.
