    this was a load of rubbish door fell off disk drive 2. disk drive 1 did not open. the nolse of the motor excessive.to claim it was working is criminal. how do l return this item. or do l bin it. most important how do l get my money back.

    Hi there, please read the description and also the item condition stating that drive one requires a new drive belt? We tested drive two with a cd, working fine. Please make sure to read descriptions before buying items. Thanks
