  The original pen that I ordered was not the pen that which was delivered. It was the same model, however, it was missing a necessary piece for functionality. The seller was incredibly fast in addressing this issue and, without me asking, did everything they could to correct the mixup. Although the exact pen I was after wasn't delivered, I was still left with a positive experience from the seller, and I can guarantee I will be a returning customer in the future.
