October 2023 Update: The completed eBay International Shipping rollout is a mixed bag. "Packages" are improved with tracking, reliability, and some insurance. Buyer pays a USA shipping rate, and then another rate to their country. Alas buyers may often see much larger shipping rates for "dollar card" orders. My store will use eBay International Shipping as the default for cards/totals above $15-$20, thick cards/team sets, and items listed with Free Shipping.

As a courtesy I will keep my lower shipping rate for the "dollar cards." Order limits will apply though. 1-4 cards at the lower rate, and a value cap of $15 or so, will be in effect. The lower shipping rate will be for buyers who are able to earn that privilege. The shipping section below explains ways to ship and the limits thereof. If you are unsure please contact me before ordering and I will help clarify. It can be confusing. Orders that do not comply will be canceled via the "Buyer Requested Cancellation" option.
