      The buyer first claimed the item arrived damaged but then described "made several cuts on my facial skin" in the review - a clear contradiction. Notably, they provided zero evidence of damage, though we issued a full refund immediately. This unsubstantiated negative review, left after full resolution, appears misleading. We've reported this case to eBay under their Feedback Abuse policy as it unfairly impacts our reputation despite our best efforts to resolve.
