Sold me a “New” watch. However, the first time the watch was worn into the water it died. The battery had clearly already been changed once, making the Nixon no longer water proof. I asked to return the watch multiple times to no avail. Don’t trust this seller to sell a “New” watch or to stand behind their products.

As the buyer mentions, the watch they purchased was a brand new watch. We have no knowledge of the battery ever being changed. The watch purchased was water resistant, not waterproof. The details were in the listing. The buyer admitted to wearing the watch in the ocean while surfing. We stand behind our watches, but each buyers situation is different and is addressed accordingly based on wear and tear. We feel the negative feedback received was retaliatory after our communication.
